- Approximate monthly appointment volume

Information processed through the Vaani product
When you use the Vaani product (Voice + WhatsApp agents), we process data on your behalf including phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, and interaction outcomes. This data is processed under a data processing agreement with your organisation.

- To operate and improve the Vaani product
- To send transactional communications related to your account or pilot

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Retention
Lead form data is retained for the purpose of following up on your inquiry. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
For the Vaani product, call data and transcripts are retained only for the duration specified in your service agreement. Default retention is 90 days, after which data is automatically deleted unless you configure otherwise.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website may use the following third-party services:

- Replying “STOP” to any WhatsApp message

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
