These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the agents.corrodedlabs.com website and the Vaani product operated by Vaani Linkers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Vaani Linkers provides Voice and WhatsApp-based automation agents for operational workflows. Our current offering includes appointment confirmation and rescheduling for healthcare providers, with additional solutions in development.
Our services are provided on a pilot and subscription basis. Specific service terms, including scope, pricing, and SLAs, are defined in individual service agreements with each client.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and organisations operating in India. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to use our services or submit information through our website.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us, including appointment lists and contact data.
- You must have appropriate consent or legitimate basis to share patient/customer contact information with us for the purpose of automated communications.
- You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including unsolicited marketing calls or spam.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
The Vaani product, including its voice agents, WhatsApp integrations, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Vaani Linkers. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our technology without written permission.
Your data remains your property. We process it only as necessary to provide the services you have engaged us for.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
6. Pilot Terms
Pilot engagements typically run for 30 days and are scoped to a specific branch, department, or workflow. At the end of the pilot period, you may choose to continue with a paid subscription or discontinue the service. If you discontinue, we will delete all data processed during the pilot within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vaani is an operations automation tool. It is not a substitute for medical advice, clinical decision-making, or professional healthcare services. We are not liable for any clinical outcomes resulting from the use of our appointment management services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or use our services for unlawful purposes.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
